The Club is pleased to announce the following coaching arrangements for the 21/22 season.

Luke Rosbrook will move into a Director of Coaching role, coordinating the senior club program, chairing selection meetings, and working with our coaching panel to develop a high-performance training environment for our players.

Xavier Youngman has been appointed as Senior Coach – X will be running our Tuesday and Thursday night training sessions, and will also sit on the team selection panel.

Both Steve Villani and Scott Gibbs will continue working in Development Coaching roles, with SV focusing on the top two grades, and Gibbo focusing on our emerging talent in the remaining grades.

We will again look to supplement the above with specialist sessional coaching with Jeff Callaway, and are hopeful that Andy Villani may be able to come down and do some work with our younger bowlers.

With regards to on field, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Nathan Chrimes as our Barclay Shield captain for season 2021/22, and wish him well in this new role – announcements on captains in the remaining grades will be made closer to the season.
